What you're living next to. Avocet is parkland golf — tree-lined fairways, natural waste areas, deep-faced bunkers, and large multi-tiered greens resurfaced in MiniVerde Bermuda. It's known for a double fairway, a double green, and a drivable 308-yard par-4 14th that people argue about afterward. Larry Nelson won three majors before he designed it. The Hummingbird nine reopened in 2016 and is the reason residents can play nine after work without committing to a full round.

Golf frontage and water frontage are the two things that move the number here. A home on the Avocet, a home on one of the community lakes, and a home on an interior street are three different purchases — often on the same street, often in the same square footage.
